About this role:
The Leasing Professional is responsible for marketing and promoting rental units, showcasing the community to prospective renters, securing commitments and deposits, and assisting in the general administration of the property under the supervision of the Community Manager or Resident Manager.Hourly pay range:
$23.00- $25.00 DOE What you'll do

Leasing Responsibilities:
Market and promote the community and available units in a professional and persuasive manner. Schedule and conduct property tours with prospective residents, showcasing apartments and community amenities. Identify prospective residents' needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic demeanor. Accurately explain lease terms, community policies, and rental rates to prospects and residents. Secure commitments and complete necessary leasing paperwork promptly and accurately. Support marketing efforts, including providing input on promotions, advertisements, and market trends. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, including pricing, availability, lease terms, and unit features. Monitor and analyze local market conditions, competition, and trends through regular surveys and reports. Inspect and ensure vacant units are ready for showings, addressing any concerns proactively. Collaborate with the Community Manager to enhance property curb appeal and overall presentation. Conduct follow-ups with prospective residents and maintain positive resident relations. Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager regarding property needs and resident concerns.Administrative Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and manage leasing paperwork, including applications, leases, addenda, and move-in packets. Collect and process security deposits, rent payments, and other resident fees. Maintain organized and up-to-date resident files and records. Complete and follow up on service requests with the Maintenance Department. Adhere to company accounting practices, including income tracking and petty cash management. Prepare and send thank-you notes and follow-up correspondence to prospective residents.Customer Service Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to residents, prospects, and visitors while maintaining a professional demeanor. Assist in resolving resident inquiries, service requests, and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Foster a clean, safe, and well-maintained community by collaborating with the Resident Manager and Maintenance team. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and company policies on safety and hazardous materials. Represent the community and the organization in a professional manner, maintaining a neat appearance and businesslike attitude in all interactions.Qualifications and Experience:
Prefer 1-2 years of experience in Leasing for Property Management Lease-up experience strongly preferred Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Experience with OneSite strongly preferred 2 years Previous Experience in Sales Experience with Entrata Software a strong plus Who you are: Focused with high attention to detail Curious and proactive Growth-oriented and well-organized Disciplined and self sufficient A strong communicator Tech savvy What's in it for you: We believe people do their best work when they're supported—personally, professionally, and beyond.
