Real Estate Office Assistant RE/MAX Key Properties - 4.1 Bend, OR Job Details Part-time From $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Greeting customers Direct client contact Cleaning kitchen areas Attention to detail Property listing Full Job Description The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This position will be the first point of contact. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. This role supports the Office Manager to implement and maintain business policies, services, and commitments to deliver a brokerage experience and presence that leads in our market.
Job Description:
Provide a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who enters the office and be available to assist brokers, assistants, clients, team members, and the executive team as needed. Answer the main office phone line and forward calls to the appropriate parties. Greet clients as they arrive at the Brokerage and offer coffee, tea, or water. Assist walk-in visitors with directions and other general questions. Assist brokers with basic technology and printer issues. Assist the Office Manager with keeping the kitchen and office supplies stocked, organized, and clean. Assist with listings, including: Monitor and respond to emails in the Listings Inbox. Enter listing data into SkySlope and MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Other duties as
Needed Hours:
4 hours per day. The schedule is flexible, although we are hoping for a Monday-Friday schedule from approximately 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

From $17.00 per hour
