This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be the essential hub that keeps the office running efficiently, providing vital administrative support, managing communications, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Core Responsibilities:
Acquisitions Draft PSAs and all transaction documents from the time a deal is being structured through close (amendments, addenda, closing instructions, etc.) Manage the due diligence workflow — coordinating between the Sales Manager, Researcher, and Owners to keep everyone aligned and ensure research items are completed at the right times Serve as the primary seller-facing contact for transaction coordination (status updates, document requests, next steps) — not negotiations or deal discussions, those stay with the Sales Manager Coordinate with title and escrow through closing Dispositions Act as Listing Manager for our inventory — coordinate photography, write listing descriptions, compile property fact sheets, post to platforms, and manage any agent relationships Manage the transaction file once a listing goes under contract, handling all seller-side documents and coordinating with buyers/agents, title, and escrow through close Ongoing Keep deal records current in Salesmate and maintain transaction checklists and templates General office upkeep, supply management, basic IT triage (secondary) What I think makes a strong candidate: Real estate TC experience — both buy-side and sell-side ideally Familiarity with vacant land and/or title/escrow processes Strong written communication and document drafting ability Highly detail-oriented and self-directed — this role owns the process CRM proficiency and comfortable with Google Drive/Docs Experience with multi-state closings a plus This role offers an engaging work environment where your proactive approach will make a meaningful impact. Pay:
