Leasing Specialist The Heights at Columbia Knoll - Portland, OR Full-Time | Hourly | $21-$24/hr + Leasing Commissions and NOI Bonus eligible Make a difference in the lives of seniors—while building a rewarding career! We're the largest non-profit provider of affordable senior housing in the Puget Sound region, with 5,000+ apartments across 17+ communities—and we're still growing! What You'll Do Sell the property, using the leasing process from start to completion. Be the first point of contact for our prospects. Work with the team to ensure the community is tour ready. Tour prospective residents to sell apartment units. Timely follow-up on all pre-leases. Coordinate an excellent move-in experience for our new residents. What You Bring 1+ year of experience in leasing residential property (Affordable Housing/LIHTC a big plus!) Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized with tech-savvy skills Passion for helping others and working in a team Experience working with seniors, preferred Must have reliable transportation available for outreach marketing during business hours.
