Compensation:

$125,000 - $250,000

Responsibilities:

Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

Qualifications:

Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Friendly and outgoing High level of integrity Smart and motivated by success Humble and a team player Outstanding customer service Ability to work flexible hours as the schedule is determined by client needs (most often landing on weekends and evenings) Real Estate license in Oregon or Washington, or in the process of obtaining a license About Company We are a boutique real estate team brokerage.
