We're looking for a motivated assistant to help with marketing, agent support, and everything needed to make the brokerage run smoothly. Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Install/remove lockboxes. Coordinate bids with a contractor. Purchase supplies and manage inventory. Support the real estate office and managing broker as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders, running errands, delivering packages, and mailing gifts. Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos, or reports. Event planning support for team events. Office management, including dishes, garbage, organization, opening, and closing. Closing gift basket management and creation. Quarterly pop-by design and delivery. Preparation of internal and external documents, presentations, guides, etc. Plan and coordinate quarterly pop-bys, client gifts, recurring client touches (home anniversaries, life events, etc.), and database-related action plans. Capture 3D imaging and Matterport for property listings. Organize and streamline agent service offerings into user-friendly concepts. Coordinate client and agent feedback for client stories to be shared in our marketing.
Qualifications:
Reside in the Portland, OR Metro and have a strong local knowledge. Must have an iPhone. Be self-motivated and self-directed, with a positive attitude. Have professional telephone etiquette. Be highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail. Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated computer proficiency, including email, web applications, and contact management software. Typing skills are a must. Adaptable and highly resourceful; able to work with limited information when necessary. Demonstrated ability to convert leads to strong prospects and close deals. Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills. Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. Excellent listening skills. Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales training, events, or exhibits. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. High level of integrity and work ethic.
