Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Agent to join a full-service real estate brokerage serving residential buyers and sellers. We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service throughout the transaction process. This position plays an important role in our day-to-day operations, and we are looking for someone who combines technical skill with a strong work ethic, sound judgment, and genuine care for the quality of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand their property needs, budget, and preferences.
  • Conduct market research to determine appropriate listing prices and investment opportunities.
  • Arrange and host property showings, open houses, and virtual tours.
  • Prepare and present purchase offers, counteroffers, and contract documents.
  • Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and attorneys throughout the closing process.
  • Maintain an active database of property listings and prospective clients.
  • Stay current on local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Build and maintain a referral network through excellent client relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid real estate license as required by state law.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with real estate listing platforms and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work Environment:
You will work independently managing your own client pipeline while having access to brokerage support, marketing resources, and administrative assistance. The role requires flexibility to meet clients during evenings and weekends, along with a proactive, sales-driven mindset to grow your business.
