Responsibilities (Buyer Agent + Listing Agent) Follow up with inbound real estate leads and online inquiries Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations Manage property showings, open houses, and client tours Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing Build your pipeline, referrals, and repeat client business Use CRM systems to manage lead generation and client communication Who This Is For Agents who want more closings, not more guesswork Realtors tired of low lead flow or lack of support Sales professionals ready to scale to $100K+ income Licensed Real Estate Agents in Pennsylvania Qualifications Active Real Estate License (PA required) Experience in real estate sales, customer service, or client-facing roles Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and follow-up Familiarity with

Compensation Commission-Based Real Estate Role Expected Earnings:
