The Mortgage Post-Closer's primary function is to complete the post-closing process for all mortgage loans. In this position, you will Ensure thorough post-closing of first mortgages, verifying complete settlement packages and obtaining any missing information from Settlement Agents.
  • Follow up on recorded mortgages and final title policies for recently closed loans, ensuring compliance with At Closing conditions.
  • Manage the packaging and timely delivery of mortgage loans to the Secondary Market, keeping track of commitments and alerting management to potential issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal queries and third-party audits, overseeing file preparation and review, and addressing any significant findings.
  • Enter loan commitments and details into investor software and origination systems, ensuring accurate data for reporting and tracking, and preparing documents for delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. 100% onsite.
Qualifications:
High School (Required) Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
