Role Description The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntingdon Valley, PA. This position supports the end-to-end coordination of real estate transactions, including preparing, reviewing, and tracking leases and related documents, and ensuring all required signatures, disclosures, and compliance items are completed on time. The coordinator communicates with property owners, residents, prospective tenants, and internal team members to schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and provide status updates on transactions. Daily responsibilities include handling administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining transaction files, updating property management systems, and organizing documentation for closings and renewals. The role also assists the property management team with lease administration, move-in/move-out processes, and customer service issues, helping to maintain accurate records and smooth operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with property owners, residents, vendors, and team members. Candidates should possess at least 3 years in transaction coordination. Candidates should possess experience with Listing Agreement, Leases, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking lease agreements and related transaction documents. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
