We're looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent to manage and coordinate 10-15 flat-fee MLS listings per month across multiple states. Instead of chasing your next listing, you'll work with company-generated seller leads and help coordinate the entire listing process. Compensation $85,000-$125,000+ Competitive Base Salary Listing Bonuses Volume Bonuses Profit Sharing Opportunities Potential Equity Stake in Simply List What You'll Do List properties on the MLS using our flat-fee listing program. Coordinate showings and communicate with buyers' agents. Negotiate offers and assist through closing. Work closely with homeowners, transaction coordinators, and our acquisitions team.
