What You'll Be Doing:
As a Leasing Professional, you'll help people find a place to call home while creating a welcoming and positive experience from first tour to move-in. You'll guide prospective residents through the leasing process, support current residents, and play an important role in the success of our community. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with others, thrives on helping people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Compensation and Incentives Excellent Base Pay :
$22.00•$24.00/hour 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly) $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly) Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus. Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
