Job Description

WPM is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our leasing team at Emerson Flats in Mount Wolf, PA ! As a Leasing Specialist , you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming community by assisting prospective and current residents, planning engaging events, and providing exceptional service. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, sales, or marketing . Previous leasing and Entrata experience is preferred.
Compensation & Schedule:
$20.00 per hour + commission & bonus opportunities Tuesday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM , Saturday | 10:00 AM - 4:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Track and log all phone and walk-in traffic daily; prepare weekly traffic reports. Assist applicants with the leasing process and gather necessary documentation. Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and ensure accurate vacancy reports. Prepare vacant units for move-in, including light cleaning of fixtures, floors, and windows. Promote resident retention by executing community events and engagement initiatives. Conduct quarterly market surveys of competitor properties. Support property management with administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and resident communication. Maintain resident insurance certificate files and organize electronic/hard copy filing systems. Assist with scheduling property tours, maintenance requests, and general resident inquiries. Provide phone coverage and operational support as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills. ✔️ Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software. ✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ✔️ Availability for weekends and occasional evenings as needed. ✔️ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Education & Experience:
