What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents from first inquiry through move-in Conduct in-person and virtual tours, confidently presenting apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood value Convert leads to leases by following up consistently via phone, email, and CRM systems Execute lease paperwork accurately and in compliance with Fair Housing laws Support renewals, transfers, and resident retention initiatives Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are tour-ready Maintain a strong understanding of pricing, availability, and market trends Deliver a polished, welcoming, and professional on-site experience that reflects the PSCo Philly brand What We're Looking For 1+ years of leasing and multifamily experience Strong communication skills: confident, warm, and professional Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close while building trust Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Comfortable using property management software, CRMs, and digital tools Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment Team-oriented, accountable, and solutions-focused
