Senior Analyst Location:
Philadelphia, PA A growing real estate investment and operating platform is seeking an Acquisitions Associate / Senior Analyst to join its Philadelphia office. This individual will support the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite and evaluate potential acquisitions
  • Build financial models and investment analyses
  • Assist with sourcing and executing transactions
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations
  • Conduct market research and due diligence Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in acquisitions, investments, capital markets, or real estate analysis
  • Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities Preferred Background
  • Experience with industrial, land, or commercial real estate investments
  • Background with an owner/operator, developer, investment firm, or brokerage platform
  • Philadelphia market knowledge or local ties preferred
