Job Description

Pinnacle Abstract LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Title Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing title company. This position is a great opportunity for someone with prior office or administrative experience who is interested in learning the title and real estate settlement industry. The Title Assistant will help with opening new files, entering client and transaction information, scanning and organizing documents, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Prior experience in the title industry or real estate is not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. This position can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's availability. For the right person, there is also room for growth and advancement within the company as they gain experience and develop their skills in the title industry. Responsibilities Open new title files and enter client, property, and transaction information accurately. Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files. Communicate professionally with clients, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions. Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support. Help ensure files are complete, organized, and up to date. Maintain confidentiality of client and transaction information. Support the title and closing team with day-to-day tasks as needed. Learn title company procedures and assist with additional responsibilities as training progresses. Qualifications Prior office, administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred. Title, real estate, or mortgage experience is helpful but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and in person. Comfortable using computers, email, scanners, and basic office software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Dependable, professional, and able to work well with others. Interest in growing with the company is a plus. Schedule This position may be full-time or part-time. Schedule can be discussed based on the needs of the office and the candidate's availability. Compensation and Benefits Compensation will be based on experience and schedule. For full-time employees, health insurance is available, with a portion of the health insurance premium paid by the employer.
