Job Description
Manor Communities is seeking a motivated and reliable full-time Leasing Consultant to join our award-winning team in the Wilkes-Barre area. The Leasing Consultant will assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including but not limited to: Conducting leasing tours, processing applications, and preparing leases and move-in paperwork Coordinating maintenance and repair requests with maintenance staff and residents, and ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of work Assisting with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents. Participate in the planning, preparation and hosting of resident events.
