Acquisition Manager:

UNLimited RE Colorado is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Acquisition Manager to lead our growth efforts. We aren't just looking for a salesperson; we're looking for the face of our brand to property owners and real estate professionals across the Front Range. The Mission Your goal is simple but impactful: Grow our portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for property owners seeking professional management, and you will architect a robust referral network to keep maximizing our pipeline full.
Your Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion:
Manage and master our CRM to follow up with, nurture, and close inbound leads from property owners. You'll turn inquiries into signed management agreements.
Network Building:
Cultivate and expand our referral network of licensed real estate brokers. You'll be the person they trust to take care of their clients' property management needs.
Client Retention:
Act as the initial "success manager," ensuring a seamless transition for new owners and maintaining high satisfaction levels to secure long-term loyalty.
Market Ambassadorship:
Stay ahead of Denver's rental market trends to provide expert advice to owners on maximizing ROI. What You Bring to the Table The "Closer"
Mentality:
You enjoy the hunt. You're organized, persistent, and you know how to articulate value without being "pushy."
CRM Proficiency:
You understand that if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen. You use data to prioritize your day and never let a lead go cold.
Real Estate Savvy:
A Colorado Real Estate License (or the willingness to obtain one) is preferred. You should speak the language of cap rates, NOI, and Denver's local ordinances.
Relationship First:
You believe in the power of a handshake. You can walk into a room full of brokers and walk out with three new referral partners.
Leasing Agent:

Do you have a passion for helping people find their perfect home in the Denver metro area? UNLimited RE Colorado is looking for a dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team. You are the "boots on the ground" and the first person our future residents meet. From the first tour to the moment they turn the key, you'll be the guide who makes the moving process seamless and exciting. The Mission Your goal is to minimize vacancy and maximize satisfaction. You will be responsible for showcasing our portfolio, ensuring every property looks its best, and hand-selecting the highest-quality residents through a rigorous screening process.
Your Key Responsibilities Property Showings:
Be the expert guide for our vacant homes. You'll host tours, highlight property features, and sell the benefits of the neighborhood to prospective renters.
Expert Marketing:
Create "must-see" listings. You'll capture high-quality photos/videos, write compelling descriptions, and ensure our properties stand out on the major rental platforms.
Applicant Qualification:
Maintain the integrity of our communities. You'll review applications, verify income and references, and qualify candidates based on our specific screening criteria. The "Move-In"
Experience:
Manage the final handoff. You'll conduct thorough move-in inspections to document property conditions and welcome new residents to their new homes. Why UNLimited RE Colorado?
