Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the buying and selling process with clarity and professionalism. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach. Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transactions and client satisfaction. Utilize company tools and resources to stay organized and efficient in daily tasks. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences clearly.
Qualifications:
Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in California. Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with people and build relationships. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to guide clients through the real estate process. Proven track record of being proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry. Familiarity with the San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara area, or a willingness to quickly learn about the local market. Comfortable using technology and digital tools to stay organized and efficient in daily tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, ensuring seamless transactions and client satisfaction. Commitment to ongoing professional development, participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
