What You'll Do:

Represent buyers, sellers, and landlords in residential real estate transactions Manage and grow your own pipeline of clients and listings Handle leasing opportunities, including rental listings, tenant placement, and landlord relations Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and market analyses Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business Qualifications Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License . Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience . Proficiency in G Suite and strong technical aptitude. Flexible schedule and availability to work when clients need you. Compensation This is a full commission-based position with limitless earning potential .
