What You'll Do:

Specialize in leasing and rental transactions, guiding clients through the full rental process — from showings to lease signing. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants. Conduct market analysis to help clients make informed rental decisions. List rental properties and create compelling marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants. Schedule and host property tours and open houses. Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain an active pipeline. Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude Flexible schedule
