Junior Real Estate Agent (Growth & Mentorship Opportunity) We are a fast-growing, family-run real estate and vacation rental business based in Cape Coral, Florida, specializing in luxury waterfront homes, investment properties, and high-end short-term vacation rentals. Our business combines real estate sales, investing, hospitality, and entrepreneurship into one integrated platform. We are looking for the right person — not just experience. Someone motivated, trustworthy, coachable, and eager to learn the business from the ground up while working directly alongside an experienced broker and investor. Position Overview This is an entry-level / growth-focused real estate role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in real estate, investing, and luxury waterfront properties.
