Overview Join our dynamic team as a Land Acquisition Assistant and play a vital role in identifying, evaluating, and securing prime real estate opportunities. This paid position offers an exciting chance to develop expertise in real estate market analysis, negotiation strategies, and transaction management within a fast-paced industry. As a key supporter of our land acquisition efforts, you will collaborate closely with sales teams, legal professionals, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful property deals. Your energy, organizational skills, and passion for real estate will help drive our mission to expand and optimize land assets effectively. Duties consist but are not limited to Assist in researching and analyzing local/ national real estate markets to identify potential land acquisition opportunities. Support negotiations with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms while adhering to fair housing regulations. Manage and organize documentation related to property offers, contracts, and transaction records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Coordinate with sales teams to facilitate property viewings, client communication, and deal closing processes. Conduct industry trend research to stay informed on market fluctuations and emerging opportunities in residential real estate transactions. Support the management of real estate transactions from offer submission through closing, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the acquisition process. Skills Proven negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex terms clearly and confidently. Experience in marketing real estate opportunities to attract potential landowners or investors. Multilingual or bilingual abilities that enhance client interactions across diverse communities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of sales technology adoption strategies to streamline deal processes and improve efficiency. Strong analytical skills for assessing real estate market data and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for practicing real estate negotiations, client rapport building, and managing real estate teams when necessary. Administrative experience supporting sales or real estate operations is highly desirable.
