Tewksbury, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Experience at real estate companies Customer communication Property showing Full Job Description Overview We are looking for a part time or full time Leasing Agent for our Small Property Division. This is a commission based position renting Condos, single families, multi families etc. Duties Engage with prospective tenants through personalized communication, including client rapport building and client communication to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to attract qualified applicants. Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and conditions while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Manage real estate transactions from application to lease signing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing roles, particularly within residential real estate transactions. Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and industry best practices for practicing real estate ethically and legally.
