Licensed Real Estate Agent

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Agent with Costanza Realtors, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing residential properties. You will build relationships with clients, assess their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Your duties will include:

Prospecting for new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Conducting property showings and open houses, and presenting offers to sellers and buyers. Negotiating contracts and terms of sale on behalf of clients. Assisting clients with property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies. Coordinating with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. Staying informed about local market trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

Valid real estate license in NJ. Proven track record of success in real estate sales or related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
