Job Description
This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, with a mix of on-site client and property work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers, guide clients through the full transaction process, and manage property showings, listing presentations, and open houses. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting market research and comparative market analyses, preparing and reviewing contracts and other documents, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings.
