Licensed Real Estate Agent / Leasing Agent / Property Manager Are you a newly licensed Ohio real estate agent looking for more than just commission-only sales? Our growing real estate brokerage and property management company is looking for a motivated, licensed agent who wants to build a long-term career with multiple opportunities to earn. What You'll Do Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions Show rental properties and lease homes Assist with property management responsibilities Build relationships with property owners and tenants Help grow our property management portfolio What We Offer Competitive commission splits Leasing commissions Ongoing property management commissions Bonus opportunities for bringing in new property management clients Mentoring and hands-on training Company-generated sales and leasing opportunities Flexible schedule The opportunity to grow with a locally owned brokerage
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Licensed as an Ohio real estate salesperson or broker Self-motivated and professional Comfortable working with both sales clients and tenants Organized and responsive Interested in building a career—not just closing transactions This is an excellent opportunity for a newer agent who wants consistent earning opportunities while building a successful real estate business. Compensation is 100% commission-based. Income varies based on production. Multiple income opportunities are available through residential sales, leasing commissions, and property management commissions.
