Prospect and generate new business opportunities. Build long-term relationships with clients. Conduct property showings and open houses. Negotiate contracts and offers. Market listings using digital marketing and social media. Stay current on market trends and Florida real estate laws. Deliver outstanding customer service from consultation to closing. Maintain accurate transaction files and comply with all Florida Real Estate regulations. Qualifications Active Florida Real Estate License. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Professional appearance and customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Newly licensed and experienced agents are encouraged to apply. Compensation This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position.
