We find our top-performing licensed agents include: Newly Licensed Agents looking for immediate volume and hands-on guidance instead of cold-calling their friends and family. Independent Solo Agents who love working with clients but are tired of spending all their money on Zillow leads, CRM fees, and marketing overhead. Frustrated Agents who feel abandoned by their current traditional brokerage and are ready to treat real estate like a real, high-growth business. Responsibilities Act as a world-class consultant to buyers and sellers, guiding them through the Charleston housing market. Attend pre-booked client appointments hand-delivered to you by our ISA team. Conduct home showings, negotiate offers, and maintain a high level of accountability and hustle. Commit to weekly training, scripts practice, and coaching to consistently scale your skill set. Once mastered—our agents have full autonomy to run their businesses on their own. Qualifications Must possess an active South Carolina Real Estate License. A fierce, competitive work ethic and a desire to control your own income. Excellent communication, cell phone, and face-to-face relationship skills. Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for client showings around the Tri-County area.
