Duties Assist clients throughout the entire residential real estate transaction process, from initial consultation to closing Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to advise clients on property values and market trends Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms between buyers and sellers to secure favorable agreements Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication and addressing client needs promptly Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote listings effectively across various platforms Manage client relationships through dedicated real estate client management tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and support Stay informed about real estate law, local regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliant transactions Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and efficiently In-depth knowledge of the real estate market analysis and residential transactions Excellent communication skills for client consultation, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques to maximize property exposure Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations effectively (nice-to-have) Demonstrated organizational skills with experience in real estate administrative tasks Practicing real estate license with a solid understanding of real estate law and regulations Join our team and become a vital part of transforming dreams into reality!
