Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Licensed Realtor / Office Assistant to join our hybrid real estate and appraisal office. Applicants should already be licensed or willing to obtain a real estate license (licensing costs are the responsibility of the applicant). Candidates actively working toward their license may begin in the Office Assistant role. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week) with strong potential for growth for the right individual. In addition to supporting the business, this role offers the opportunity to build your own real estate career with unlimited earning potential— including hands-on training and mentorship in real estate to help you develop and grow your business . This unique position blends traditional real estate support with the operational needs of an appraisal firm. You will play a key role in keeping both sides of the business running efficiently—assisting with property transactions while managing the organization, scheduling, and documentation involved in appraisal operations.
Please note:
this position does not involve performing appraisals, nor will training in appraising be provided. However, it is essential to supporting appraisal workflows through coordination, communication, and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations across both real estate and appraisal functions Schedule and coordinate appointments for property showings, inspections, and appraisals Maintain accurate, organized records of client files, transactions, and appraisal reports Serve as a central point of communication between clients, agents, appraisers, lenders, and vendors Assist with marketing homes, including pricing support, creating listing materials, flyers, and social media content Support ongoing marketing efforts and brand presence across platforms Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (a plus, but not required) Ensure all documentation is properly tracked, compliant, and easily accessible Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and guiding clients through processes Qualifications Experience in real estate, appraisal offices, or property management is preferred but not required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using CRM systems, databases, and digital file management tools Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and record-keeping Active Real Estate License is a significant advantage and offers increased income potential Why Join Us?
