About the Roles We are currently hiring Law Clerk/Junior Associates in the following departments: Real Estate Transactions These roles are ideal for early-career attorneys who want hands-on experience, early client contact, and the opportunity to take ownership of cases under the guidance of experienced attorneys. Each position offers a fast-paced, challenging environment with direct exposure to active matters and real clients — especially within the Mandarin-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Transactions Manage residential and commercial real estate closings Review offering plans, contracts of sale, and loan documents Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and management companies Prepare closing statements and transaction checklists Communicate with clients (primarily Mandarin-speaking) throughout the closing process

Who You Are:
