You'll be working leads and showings in South Miami-Dade, so local proximity is a must. Who You Are You're newly licensed or early in your career, and you're ready to actually do the work. You don't need experience — you need a system and someone willing to show you the ropes. You answer your phone, follow up fast, and take coaching without ego. You're organized enough to keep things straight and hungry enough to put in the reps. You treat this like the start of a real career, not a side hustle.
