Right Hand to Founder | Full-Time | Built to Grow No-BS Homes | Bountiful, UT (Greater Salt Lake City Area) What we're building I'm not looking to fill a seat. I'm looking for someone who wants to be part of building something bigger than themselves. I've flipped over 200 homes and I know the difference between grinding and building. The wholesaling operation is what we're focused on now, and I'm entering a mastermind group to build it right. The person who steps into this role comes with me. We learn together, we implement together, and we grow together. The team you're joining You're not walking into an empty room. My business partner Brian has already built the foundation — the CRM, the website, the marketing framework. Multiple lead generation channels are about to go live at the same time, and we need the right person in the operations seat making sure nothing slips through when they do. Things are starting to move and the timing is right. The work Real estate or wholesaling experience is required. You need to be comfortable with the language: comps, ARV, contracts, title, dispositions, buyers lists. Sales experience is a strong plus — right now we're wearing multiple hats and we all do what needs to be done. As the business grows those roles get filled. Until then we move together. Here's what this role is really about: Pressing go — building systems around what we learn, implementing as we go, not waiting for a perfect plan Organizing the vision — breaking it into roles and responsibilities, making sure the right person is on the right job, including me Following up on everything — sales, training pipeline, the team. Accountability lives here Closing the gap — between what we learned Monday and what's running by Friday Being a real partner — honest input, real ownership, and the confidence to direct up when the vision needs it Being honest about where we are I'm still building this. Some of what you'll do is already defined and needs someone to own it. Some of it we'll figure out together. If you need everything mapped out before you can start, this probably isn't the right fit.
