Real Estate Acquisition Specialist About the Role Assurance Home Buyers is hiring a full-time, in-person Acquisitions Representative to help serve Tulsa, Washington, and Rogers County. This is not a remote role. We need someone local, face-to-face with sellers, closing deals on the ground. We run approximately 10-20 seller appointments per week across creative finance, wholesale, and fix-and-flip. The leads are provided. The system is proven. We need the right closer to work it. This is a commission-based role with a realistic earning range of $55,000-$180,000 per year for someone who works the system. No ceiling. What You'll Do Meet with motivated sellers in person across Tulsa, Washington, and Rogers County Work leads — cold calling, prospecting, answer inbound leads Close deals across creative finance, wholesale, and fix-and-flip strategies Follow up relentlessly and manage your pipeline in our CRM Represent Assurance Home Buyers with professionalism and integrity in every seller interaction Who We're Looking For We are hiring for character first, skill second.
