Real Estate Agent Military Veteran Realtor Team Seminole, FL Remote From $75,000 a year

  • Contract Join the Military Veteran Realtor Team We are one of Florida's fastest-growing real estate teams, and we are looking for driven, licensed Real Estate Agents who are ready to hit the ground running.
Our team was built on a foundation of service, integrity, and results, and we are proud to be expanding the Military Veteran Realtor Team. You do NOT have to be a veteran to join. If you are motivated, client-focused, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you. Here is what makes us different: we provide our agents with leads. That means less time cold calling and more time doing what you do best, serving clients and closing deals.
Important:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Applicants must hold an active Florida real estate license to be considered. What You Will Do
  • Work with buyers and sellers throughout every step of the real estate transaction, delivering a smooth and professional experience
  • Follow up on and convert company-provided leads into trusted client relationships and closed deals
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and comparative market analyses
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best outcome for your clients
  • Build and grow your personal brand through social media, digital marketing, and community engagement
  • Stay current on Florida real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and local market trends
  • Handle transaction documentation, scheduling, and client communication with professionalism and care What We Are Looking For
  • Active Florida real estate license (required)
  • A self-starter with strong drive, work ethic, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients
  • Solid negotiation skills and confidence in closing transactions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients at once
  • Background in sales or customer service is a strong plus
