Job Description

Are you building a real estate business—or trying to figure out how to build one that actually works? We're looking for a small group of real estate agents who are committed to growth, professionalism, and creating a sustainable business. This is not a "get rich quick" opportunity, and this is not a place where you'll be pressured into unrealistic production goals. Instead, we're looking for agents who want support, guidance, accountability, and a community that genuinely wants to see them succeed. Whether you're newer to the industry, feeling stuck in your current business, or already producing and simply looking for a better environment, we'd love to have a conversation. We expect to bring on only 4-5 agents during the month of June. We are intentionally keeping the number small so we can provide meaningful support and attention to each individual who joins. What Makes This Opportunity Different? Many real estate agents enter the business with excitement and ambition. Unfortunately, many also find themselves trying to navigate the industry alone. They attend a few classes, receive a license, and then are expected to somehow figure out lead generation, marketing, contracts, negotiations, technology, systems, time management, and business planning—all at the same time. We believe agents deserve more than that. Our focus is helping agents build a business that is profitable, predictable, and aligned with their personal goals.

Who This Position Is Ideal For You may be a great fit if: You're Newer to Real Estate / or Exploring Real Estate as a Career Perhaps you've completed your licensing requirements and are wondering what comes next. You may be asking questions such as: How do I find clients? What should I be doing every day? How do successful agents generate business? What activities actually produce results? We help agents create clarity and focus so they can spend less time guessing and more time taking productive action. You're an Existing Agent Who Feels Stuck Maybe you've closed transactions before but feel like your business has plateaued. Perhaps you're experiencing: Inconsistent income Unpredictable lead flow Lack of accountability Difficulty staying focused Limited support Many agents reach a point where they realize they need a better plan and a stronger environment. You're Already Producing but Want More Successful agents often discover that the right environment can make a significant difference. Requirements Active Florida Real Estate License (or currently pursuing licensing) Strong communication skills Professional attitude Willingness to learn Self-motivation Desire to help others Basic technology proficiency Commitment to personal and professional growth Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. $98,247.00 - $275,000.00 per year
