What We're Looking For Licensed real estate agents in PA, NJ, DE, and/or MD Self-motivated people who want to grow their business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable learning new technology and systems Agents who are coachable, driven, and professional Full-time commitment preferred What You'll Be Doing Following up with inbound leads quickly and consistently Building relationships with buyers and sellers Conducting consultations and showing homes Managing transactions from contract to close Hosting open houses and generating referrals Growing your personal brand and local network Delivering a high-level client experience from start to finish

Compensation Schedule Compensation:

$48,000 - $190,000+ per year Commission-based with bonus opportunities
