What We're Looking For:

• A valid OH real estate license (or earn a scholarship through KW to receive a real estate salesperson course at no cost to you ).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team setting.
• Familiarity with real estate tools and technology is a plus.
