This role works directly alongside buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process, helping create an exceptional client experience from consultation to closing day. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating showings, assisting with contracts, supporting client events, preparing closing gifts and baskets, and managing day-to-day transaction support. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within the real estate industry while playing a key role in helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Responsibilities Work alongside buyers and sellers throughout the home buying and selling process Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, appointments, and meetings Assist with preparing, writing, and managing real estate contracts and transaction documents Support negotiations by organizing offers, counteroffers, and related paperwork Help manage property listings, marketing campaigns, and open house preparation Create thoughtful closing baskets and gifts for clients to enhance the customer experience Coordinate and assist with client appreciation events and community engagement activities Maintain accurate records, files, and transaction updates within CRM systems Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and vendors Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws Provide exceptional customer service with prompt follow-up and strong attention to detail Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to support the team's success Qualifications Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, administrative support, or property management preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment Familiarity with real estate contracts, transactions, and industry terminology is a plus Experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace preferred Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate compliance practices Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Compensation & Benefits Full-time salaried position Commission-based bonus opportunities Career growth and development within a thriving real estate team Hands-on experience working directly with buyers and sellers Collaborative and supportive team culture Join a vibrant and growing real estate team where your contributions make a meaningful impact every day.
