What You'll Do:

Guide buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process Build and maintain a pipeline of clients through networking and outreach Conduct property showings, market analysis, and pricing strategies Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from start to finish Stay up to date with local market trends and opportunities

Qualifications:

Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred. Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
