We streamline the renovation process for new homeowners, allowing buyers to move into a newly renovated home without the renovation complexity and upfront cost. We do this by bundling design, contractor vetting and partnership, and financing into one easy to use solution. Typical move-in ready homes are too expensive for many buyers. We give buyers the tools to create their own move-in ready home at a price they can afford.

//truehaus.co/ The Role We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-first Part-Time Sales Associate to help us build a network of real estate agents using our services. You'll be a key touchpoint in building relationships in the area, explaining our unique value proposition, and guiding leads from first conversation to TrueHaus partner. This is a great fit for someone passionate about real estate or home design who wants flexible hours with real earning potential. Responsibilities Build relationships with Denver-area real estate agents through a combination of face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails and other means Educate them on TrueHaus' services and bring agents into TrueHaus' network Walk agents through TrueHaus process: design offerings, financing solution, and timelines Get agents to use TrueHaus in their sell-side listings and with their buyer clients Track leads and follow-ups using CRM tools in collaboration with the team Represent TrueHaus at community events, open houses, and networking opportunities Meet or exceed individual sales targets and activity goals Qualifications 1+ year of real estate sales experience preferred Individuals passionate about real estate with unrelated sales experience also welcomed Excellent communicator — warm, clear, and confident Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Genuine interest in real estate, home improvement, or design Comfortable with or eager to learn CRM tools Real estate license a plus, but not required Schedule & Compensation Part-time, flexible scheduling - 10 hours per week Weekends may be required $25/hour plus $2,000 per closed transaction Why TrueHaus Be part of an innovative company changing how people buy and renovate homes Flexible hours that fit your lifestyle Supportive, mission-driven team environment Real opportunity to grow into a full-time role as we scale TrueHaus is an equal opportunity employer.
