Tecnocasa is seeking motivated, ambitious, and personable individuals who want to build a long-term career in residential real estate. Both licensed California real estate salespersons and candidates currently working toward obtaining their license are encouraged to apply. Unlike traditional commission-only opportunities, this position begins with an initial 90-day paid training and performance period. During this period, the employee will receive a guaranteed hourly wage of $18-$20 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Licensed salespersons will also be eligible to earn commissions on qualifying closed transactions under the company's written commission plan. At the end of the initial 90-day period, performance and continued employment will be reviewed based on clearly communicated activity, development, licensing, attendance, and production objectives. Employees who continue in the W-2 position will remain entitled to all applicable wage protections. Prospect consistently to identify property owners and potential sellers. Develop relationships with prospective clients and members of the local community. Schedule and participate in real estate appointments. Conduct listing consultations when properly licensed and authorized. Prepare listing presentations and market information with support from the brokerage. Obtain residential listings and maintain regular communication with clients. Enter and organize contacts, follow-up activities, and appointments in the company CRM. Assist clients throughout the listing and transaction process in coordination with the Broker and administrative team. Support the marketing of property listings through approved company channels. Participate in office meetings, training sessions, community activities, and scheduled prospecting. Follow California real estate regulations, Fair Housing requirements, ethical standards, and company policies. Represent Tecnocasa with professionalism, consistency, and attentive client service. Initial 90-Day Performance Period During the first 90 days, employees will receive structured training, regular coaching, and measurable activity objectives. Performance will be reviewed based on factors including: Attendance, punctuality, and participation in training Completion or maintenance of California licensing requirements Consistent use of the company CRM Prospecting and follow-up activity Development of qualified client relationships Appointments scheduled and completed Listing opportunities created Compliance with company and brokerage standards Overall professional development and commitment The specific objectives and commission structure will be provided in writing. Qualifications An active California real estate salesperson license is preferred but not required at the time of application. Candidates currently studying for their California real estate license are encouraged to apply. Candidates must obtain an active license before performing activities that require licensure or earning transaction-based commissions. Previous real estate or sales experience is welcomed but not required. Professional working proficiency in English is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with prospecting, networking, and developing new client relationships. Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and coachable. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable learning CRM systems and other digital tools. Familiarity with Santa Clarita and the surrounding communities is helpful but not required. Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are welcomed. Limited hybrid flexibility may become available based on licensing status, performance, training progress, and business needs.
