In this role, you will act as a trusted intermediary between buyers and sellers, guiding clients through one of the most significant financial transactions of their lives. The ideal candidate is an expert negotiator, an excellent communicator, and deeply knowledgeable about the local housing market. Whether you are an experienced top-producer or a newly licensed agent looking for a supportive environment with strong mentorship, we provide the tools, technology, and leads to help you scale your business.
Core Responsibilities Lead Generation:
Prospect for new buyer and seller leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and community events.Client Consultations:
Conduct in-depth needs analyses to determine clients' property preferences, financial capabilities, and long-term goals.Market Analysis:
Perform comparative market analyses (CMA) to accurately estimate property values and advise clients on competitive pricing strategies.Property Marketing:
Create compelling property listings, coordinate professional staging, and market homes through the MLS, social media, and local advertisements.Showings & Open Houses:
Schedule, organize, and host open houses and private property viewings for prospective buyers.Deal Negotiation:
Represent clients in negotiations over prices, contingencies, and closing dates to secure the most favorable terms.Transaction Management:
Prepare contracts and coordinate closely with home inspectors, appraisers, and escrow companies.Qualifications & Skills Licensing:
Possession of a valid, active Real Estate License in SC and or GA .Market Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of local housing trends, neighborhood dynamics, and real estate regulations.Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain a network of professional referrals.Sales Acumen:
Strong closing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Tech Literacy:
Proficiency with real estate software, including CRM systems, local MLS databases, and digital signature platforms.Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.What We Offer Compensation Plans:
100% Competitive, 90/10, 75/25, or 50/50 with hourly pay S with an expected annual earning potential of $75,000 - $150,000+ depending on performance.Leads & Marketing:
