But that's just the beginning: We help our agents align their personal brand with one of the most respected real estate brands in the country. Through a variety of innovative digital tools, customized marketing strategies, original content, and social media, we make it easy for Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate agents to engage consumers. We also employ traditional print, radio, television and outdoor advertising strategies to reach our target audiences, including luxury and vacation home buyers. Our messages effectively evoke emotion, while clearly defining our unique value proposition to help buyers and sellers achieve their homeownership goals. What are the job requirements? You must be willing to obtain a North Carolina real estate license, be 18 years old, and willing to obtain realtor training. In North Carolina, you will need to successfully complete an approved 79-hour pre-licensing course. Candidates must then complete the following steps to become a licensed real estate broker: Submit an application form, your completion certificate and $100 to the N.C. Real Estate Commission. Register for and pass the North Carolina State Licensing Exam. A $64 examination fee is payable directly to PSI Exams for a list of approved schools in North Carolina. In South Carolina, you will need to successfully complete an approved 60-hour pre-licensing course. Advanced Real Estate Principles course (30-hours). Passing Score sheets and proof of completion of the Unit II course must be submitted with your licensure application.
