Qualifications:
Must have an active Ontario Real Estate License Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any field Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Strong communication skills Responsibilities & Expectations To succeed on our team, we expect commitment to the process and execution of high-performance habits. Weekly Commitments Attend Monday Team Meeting - Key updates and strategic discussions. Attend Monday Accountability Call - Goal setting and weekly progress tracking. Attend Wednesday 3-Hour Training & Roleplay - Sales skills development and live practice. Daily Commitments (Based on Career Level) We provide custom growth plans based on experience: New, Intermediate, or Pro Agents. Newer-Mid Level Agents - Minimum 8-hour daily commitment focused on: Follow-ups and prospecting Social media presence and engagement Training, skill development, and mentorship Marketing strategies and brand growth Experienced Agents - Tailored plans for maximizing lead conversion, scaling, and leadership. This role is for those who are serious about growth and committed to high-level execution.
