This role is ideal for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with clients, and grow toward partnership within a collaborative, business‑focused environment. The firm offers strong mentorship, hands‑on training, and clear advancement opportunities. Responsibilities Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, and related transactional materials Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, and coordinate closing processes Advise clients on land use, zoning, and regulatory matters Work closely with developers, investors, lenders, and business owners across diverse industries Manage matters independently while collaborating with partners and cross‑practice teams Provide practical, solutions‑oriented guidance to clients and maintain strong professional relationships Support business development efforts and contribute to practice growth Qualifications 4 to 10 years of commercial real estate experience Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills Experience with leasing, acquisitions, financing, and development matters Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision Excellent communication, analytical, and client‑service skills Ohio Bar required or ability to waive in Motivated, professional, and eager to grow within a dynamic practice Compensation and Growth 1600 billable hour minimum Bonus eligibility for performance above 1600 hours, including productivity bonuses, client service bonuses, and discretionary merit bonuses Competitive compensation with strong earning potential Clear partner track with structured mentorship and professional development Hybrid work environment with flexibility and autonomy
