Opportunity:
We have multiple top-producing real estate agents and teams within our Keller Williams Lowcountry office who are looking for talented Administrative Assistants. This is a great opportunity to step into the real estate world and support high-performing agents with marketing, client communication, and transaction management.
Responsibilities May Include:
Managing contracts, listings, and files from start to close (transaction coordination) Preparing property flyers, social media content, and other marketing materials Maintaining client databases, CRMs, and communication systems Scheduling showings, meetings, and follow-ups for agents Providing day-to-day support to ensure smooth business operations
Qualifications:
Must have a South Carolina Real Estate License Marketing and social media skills are a big plus Excellent attention to detail and organization Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy:
comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, or CRM systems Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Why This Role is
