What You'll Do:

Shadow experienced agents to learn best practices in real time. Follow up with team-provided leads to maximize your opportunities. Host open houses and showcase beautiful coastal listings. Guide buyers and sellers step-by-step through the transaction process. Study the local market (from Little River down to Surfside Beach) to become a trusted neighborhood expert.

What You Need:

A valid South Carolina Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in courses). No prior real estate sales experience required—we will train the right person!
