Job Description

A growing residential property management organization is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences while helping maintain strong occupancy levels. Key Responsibilities Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in Conduct property tours for prospective residents Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and lease renewals Meet leasing and occupancy goals through strong sales performance Process applications, deposits, lease documents, and move-in fees Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead records Support resident retention and lease renewal efforts Ensure office and community presentation meets professional standards Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach, and lead generation Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to support daily operations Maintain compliance with all applicable housing regulations, including the Fair Housing Act Qualifications Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, or property management experience Strong customer service and closing skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation (based on experience) Bonus/commission opportunities Benefits package available Career growth potential
